Shipping & Delivery Time

(1) What is the shipping time and how long will it take for my Heybike e-bike to arrive?
E-bikes in stock will ship within 1-3 business days after order placement and take 3-5 days to arrive. Please allow 3~8 business days for your e-bike delivery. For presale orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your e-bike is shipped.

(2) Do you ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii?
No, currently we only provide shipping service to the Contiguous United States (48 states).

(3) What if my package is lost during the shipment?
We will contact FedEx to investigate the issue, and you can also submit a dispute to FedEx with your tracking number. If the package is indeed lost, we will send a new one for you.

(4) Do you provide expedited shipping or delivery?
Currently, we are only able to offer standard shipping services to our United States customers. If you are in need of any order or delivery adjustments, please contact us at: [e-mail].

(5) I ordered two items. Why do I only receive one?
Sometimes your package will be divided into 2 smaller ones for safety reasons (to avoid collision and scratch), so each package will arrive at a different time. Please don’t panic and use the tracking numbers to track your packages. If you can not find them, please contact us first for help.
