(1) Locate the Cable Connectors
Some issues may occur due to the poor cable connection. You can check the relative cable connectors.
① Display Connector (near the handlebar)
② Throttle Connector (near the handlebar)
③ Sensor Connector and Main Cable Connector (inside the controller)
④ Motor Connector (near the rear wheel)
(2) Display Issues
① The display can not be turned on.
Firstly, please check whether the battery is on. Secondly, check whether the headlight and horn can work normally. If they can work, it means the battery is normally on and the main cable connection is correct. Third, please check whether the display is firmly connected to the main cable, whether the pin inside the cable connector is bent, and whether the connectors are docked with aligned arrows.
If you find any connection problems, please try reconnection. If the headlight and horn can not work, please check whether the controller is firmly connected to the main cable and other electrical cords. Lastly, if all checks are done with no problems found, the display needs to be replaced.
② The display does not show the speed when you are riding/accelerating.
Firstly, check whether the display shows the real-time speed. Secondly, please check carefully whether there is any problem with the cable connection of the motor, including the motor cable and the controller's cable connection to the motor. If you find any wrong connection or damage to the cable, please try reconnection or replace the damaged parts.

(3) Throttle Issues
① Why the throttle does not work?
Firstly, please check whether the left and right brakes are back to the normal position.
Please try disconnecting the left brake lever by unplugging the wire connectors, then restart the display to check if the throttle functions normally. If you unplug the left brake connector and the throttle works, it indicates something is wrong with the left brake and it needs to be replaced. After testing the left brake, kindly do the same with the right brake.
If no problems are found on the brakes, please try pedaling to test the PAS mode. If it works, then it indicates something is wrong with the throttle, and it needs to be replaced. If it does not work, then the main cable or controller may need to be replaced.

(4) PAS Issues
① The throttle works, but the bike's PAS mode does not work.
Please check whether the booster sensor is detached from the bike's central axle shaft. Reinstall it in place if necessary. If the booster sensor is in place, then there may be something wrong with it. Replace it if necessary.
② The bike’s throttle and PAS do not work (the motor not working).
Please turn on the display to check whether there is any error code. If error codes occur, please refer to the specific solution for each error code; If no error codes occur, do the following checks.
First, unplug the left brake connector, and then restart the bike to check whether it works normally in the pushcart and throttle modes. If yes, it indicates something is wrong with the left brake. If the brake is a mechanical one, you can just replace it. If it is a hydraulic one, you can adjust the fixed screw (at the bottom of the brake) for the power cut-off sensor. Simply rotate it counterclockwise half a turn.
Second, if there is nothing wrong with the left brake, please reconnect it and perform the same check with the right one. Third, if no problems are found on two brakes after all checks, long press the “-” button to see whether the bike enters into the pushcart mode. If no, the motor needs to be replaced; If yes, the motor works normally and the controller may need to be replaced.
