(1) Why do the head tube, front fork, and handlebar wobble? (You may lean forward when you brake the bike.)
It is probably because the bolt is not securely locked down in the middle of the head tube when it is assembled. You can loosen the fixing bolt on the side of the head tube, tighten the middle bolt, and then firmly secure the fixing bolt.
Note: The front fork will slide down if the middle bolt is not securely locked in place. The handlebars will wobble if the fixing bolt is not securely locked in place. For Mars, Mars 2.0, and Ranger e-bikes, please shoot a video of how the bike's front fork wobbles.
