(2) Bike’s Serial Number & Registration
You can register your e-bike information in case of theft on the website 529 Garage. It provides free services for storing your e-bike information so that the police and e-bike shops can easily search it.
① The serial number is printed on the head tube near the headlight for e-bike models: Mars 2.0, Mars, Brawn, Cityrun, Ranger, Explore, Sola, Cityscape.
② The serial number is printed at the bottom of the seat post for e-bike models: Ranger S, Horizon.
③ The serial number is printed near the left pedal for e-bike model: Tyson.

(3) Install the Seat Post
Before you ride the e-bike, please make sure the saddle and seat post are properly adjusted. Ensure the minimum insertion marking (printed on the seat post) is inside the seat tube on the bike frame. Otherwise, it is easy to break, causing riders to lose control and fall off.

The frame is flex when riding it. If I take one hand off it starts to shake really bad what is the cause
Sandy, your bearings in the head tube have loosened. The handlebars must be removed to access the bearings. Once tightened proberley your problen should go away.
is there a list of Connector Locations? I am looking for brake connectors?
How do you reset the controller to factory settings on the Explore?
My kickstand is broken, it won't hold up the bike. Can it be fixed or do I have to buy a new one?
